Well its Christmas Eve and on the recommendation of time saving I have my pork roasting in the oven now rather than tomorrow where I will be a running around like a headless chook! So all I will have to do tomorrow is the veggies which I will par boil then roast and ummm chuck in the lasagna (which I'm told is not Christmassy ummm does it really matter??).
Brekky will consist of the Christmas Family tradition of Ham and Eggs yeah may not sound special but on Christmas morning that is the best way to start the day and it's just not Christmas without it same goes for the Roast Pork!
